Little Shopper Stay Safe

Little Shopper Stay Safe has been set up to provide assurance to parents that if their child goes missing within the centre, galleria management and staff have a process in place to re-unite them.

On arrival to the galleria, the parent/guardian and child go to Customer Services on the upper level where they will receive a free wristband for the child on which we enter two contact telephone numbers and any essential information ie Diabetic.

Customer services will also give an information card containing instructions should the parent/guardian and child get separated.

If children do get lost they should head to a shop window which is displaying a Little Shopper Stay Safe Scheme teddy bear logo. On the report of a missing child the shopping centres bank of CCTV cameras will be checked to make sure the child is discovered by all galleria personal and reunited with their parent/guardian as quickly as possible.
