Disabled Parking

Disabled parking -  Free up to 3 hours. Free parking Monday - Sunday after 6pm. There are designated car park spaces within the Plazza car park (opposite the bridge), the north car park (opposite the McDonalds zebra crossing) and the multi storey car park on level 3. 

What to do once you park your car

Please take your blue badge to the customer service desk on the upper level on your first visit to The Galleria and we will then register your vehicle for free parking. You only need to do this on your very first visit then we will have all your details on record so the next time you visit you can just display your blue badge in your vehicle and get on with your shopping. If you change your vehicle you will have to visit our customer services desk with your blue badge so we can update your details.


We have a free service providing both motorised and assisted wheelchairs within the galleria - please ring 01707 278301 for more information, or to book one in advance. Please note when hiring a scooter or wheelchair ID is required (proof of address) or your disabled badge. Also for your assistance when visiting the galleria is a list below of our Public Lifts.

Disabled Go

Disabled Toilets

Disabled toilets are located on the upper level take the corridor by the O2 Centre and the lower level take the corridor by Le Creuset.


Lifts 1 & 2 are just near TK Maxx on the lower ground level and the lifts go up to levels 3,5 & 6.

Lifts 3 & 4 are opopsite Cafe Nero and the lifts go up to levels 1, 3, 5 & 6.

Lift 11 is external and is just beside Nandos.

Lift 12 is just passed Frankie & Bennys and goes up to the Odeon Cinema.
