How does it work?

You will need to spend £45 or more in one transaction in one visit in participating restaurants three times during the qualifying period. Only three valid receipts dated from 7th August 2014 – 21st August 2014 will be accepted.

Once you have your three receipts send them off in the wallet with the completed application form. When your claim has been validated you will receive an email with a unique reference number and a website url to access the members area. You must choose three attractions and preferred date of visit and submit your booking request via the website. We will contact you by email or telephone to confirm availability. Once confirmed you will receive your booking confirmation.

 By when do I need to send in my application wallet?

Application wallet must be received by 20th September 2014 inclusive. Applications received after this date will not be processed.

 What happens if I lose one of my receipts?

Unfortunately the restaurants are not able to print a copy of your receipt.

 What happens if I lose my application wallet?

Simply pick up a new wallet from any of the participating restaurants.

 How do I obtain a unique reference number?

We will email you your unique reference number once your application has been validated within 10 working days.

I have lost my Unique Reference Number can I get a new one?

Please email the helpline on enquiries@summerdine.com including the name, address and email address on the application and we will send you your unique reference number.

How do I apply for my tickets?

Log in to the www.summerdine.com with your unique reference number. You will be asked to choose three preferred attractions and preferred date. We will contact you within 10 working days to confirm availability.

How much notice do I need to give you before a booking?

We require 10 working days from when you submit your booking request.

Can I take four adults instead of two adults and two children?

Unfortunately the promotion is only open to a maximum of two adults.

Can I pay for additional tickets / entries?

Any additional tickets must be purchased by the customer directly from the venue.

How quickly will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will be contacted by a member of the Summerdine team to confirm your booking within 10 working days.

What happens if I do not receive my booking confirmation?

Please contact the Summerdine helpline as soon as possible. All booking confirmations will be sent by email so please check your junk/spam folder as well.

How long will my booking be valid for?

Your booking is only valid for the day stated in your booking confirmation unless specified otherwise.

I can no longer go on the day I booked for, can I change the date?

All bookings are final and cannot be changed unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

Which attractions can I visit?

Legoland, Woburn Safari Park, Duxford Air Museum, Thorpe Park, Willows Farm, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, and Hatfield House subject to availability.
 

Who is this day out promotion open to?

It is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except for employees of the promoter, provider, participating restaurant, families, agencies or anyone else associated with this promotion.
