These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are the terms and conditions that apply to the “Win a £1000 Gift Card promotion” (the “Promotion”) as promoted by Land Securities Properties Limited (company number 00961477) whose registered office is at 100 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5JL (the “Promoter”).
There are a total of 70 winning The Galleria Gift Cards available to be claimed by entrants as part of the Promotion (the “Gift Cards”). The breakdown of The Galleria Gift Cards is as follows:

The opening date of the Promotion is 09:00am (GMT) on 28th April 2017 (the “Opening Date”) and the closing date is the earlier of (i) the date by which all Gift Cards have been claimed by entrants and (ii) 06:00pm (GMT) on 11th May 2017 (the “Closing Date”).
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Terms. By entering the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to be bound by the Terms.
The Promotion is open to all UK residents (including residents of the Channel Islands) who are aged 16 or over on the Opening Date.
To enter the Promotion, entrants (i) need to be signed up to The Galleria mailing list, in order to receive their unique code; (ii) present their unique email code at the Customer Service Desk on the Upper Mall at The Galleria (iii) be in the receipt of a winning unique email code.
All unique email codes will be issued at random through automated software. Only one unique mailing code will be provided to each individual on the mailing list.
The Gift Cards are only valid for use at The Galleria from and including the date that the Gift Card is claimed up to and including 06:00pm on 11th May 2018. The Gift Cards are non-transferable, unless agreed in writing by the Promoter and no cash alternative is available.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to take part in any publicity related to the Promotion, including photography and publication of their names and county of residence.
In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the Promotion and all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their affiliated brands and companies or any other persons professionally connected with the Promotion or their immediate families are excluded from entering the Promotion.
No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if the Promoter is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant is not eligible or if the Promoter has grounds to believe that any entrant has breached any of the Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if there is suspicion of fraud or if the Promoter has any reason to believe that the entrant has acted improperly.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend, extend or terminate the Promotion and the Closing Date without notice for circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control.
All personal details will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy statement, available at http://www.landsecurities.com/privacy-cookies-policy. Information provided by entrants will be used for the administration and management of the Promotion.
If the Promoter fails to comply with the Terms, the Promoter shall only be liable to the entrant for any losses that she or he suffers as a result of the Promoter’s failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.
The Promoter will not be liable for losses that result from the Promoter’s failure to comply with the Terms that fall into the following categories: (a) loss of income or revenue; (b) loss of business; (c) loss of profits; (d) loss of anticipated savings; (e) loss of data; or (f) waste of management or office time.
Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the Promoter’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
By entering the Promotion the entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete and that they are of the appropriate age to enter the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof as to the eligibility of entrants before distributing any prizes.
If a court or any other competent authority finds that any of the Terms (or any part of any term) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that term or part of that term shall, to the extent required, be deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other Terms shall not be affected.
The Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
