Privilege Club

Want Exclusive Discounted Parking & Shopping?

To become a  Privilege Card Member all you need to do is register your email address at our Customer Services desk, which is located on the upper level opposite Marks & Spencer. Once registered you can start using your card. There is no charge for the card. (Unfortunately you cannot sign up to the Privilege Card online).

You can then benefit from exclusive offers and discounts in many of our stores.  You must show your Privilege Club card at the till point to receive your discount.  

The Customer Services Desk is open from Monday to Saturday 10am to 6.00pm and Sunday from 11.00am to 5.00pm.

Please note - Lost cards will be replaced for a charge of £2.00

Discounted Parking for Privilege Card Members

A Privilege Card entitles the holder to discounted parking Monday to Friday, at a £2 all day rate!

If you already have a Privilege card, which has not been uprgaded since 1st May 2017, then a card upgrade is necessary in order for it to become compatible with our new car parking payment machines.  Please visit the customer service desk with your Privilege card, where we will swiftly upgrade your card.

Terms & Conditions/Instructions for new car parking scheme in operation from 22nd May 2017

On arrival to The Galleria you will just need to remember your car registration and pay at the new mall based payment machines, accepting coins, cash or card.

When leaving the mall visit one of the new mall based payment machines, enter your registration number, the machine will then present on the screen the standard parking fee for your duration, at this point you will be prompted and can scan your Privilege card at the machine. Once scanned, your ‘£2 all day’ rate will override the original fee shown on the screen and you are ready to pay your £2 fee.

The Privilege Card can only be used for discounted parking Monday to Friday, not valid at weekends or bank holidays.

Pay only £2.00 for parking when using your card all day Monday to Friday arrive at 10am – 8pm

If you have any difficulties with your card please report it to our customer services desk before you leave the centre.

Lost cards - £2.00 charge will be incurred for a replacement card.

We value your loyalty therefore we will always endeavor to reward your custom; however, stores reserve the right to retract this offer at any time and individual terms and conditions will apply if used in conjunction with other offers. Please check the website to keep up to date with new stores and discounts you will be entitled to as this is subject to change.
