We have three separate toilet facilities located around the centre. If you are visiting The Galleria and have any specific requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. For information about our disabled facilities, please click here.
At The Galleria, you'll find baby changing facilities on both the Upper and Lower Level.
Our baby changing facilities are also equipped with the latest MimmaMà armchairs to support mother and child in a variety of breastfeeding positions. You'll also find some really rather handy 'dual' adult-child toilet rooms in the same location, which you and your little one can use together. They're roomy enough for your pushchair and shopping too!
We have a free Shopmobility service providing both motorised and assisted wheelchairs within The Galleria. Please ring 01707 278301 for more information, or to book one in advance. Please note, when hiring a scooter or wheelchair, your disabled badge or ID with proof of address is required.
Free WiFi is available across The Galleria. Simply select The_Galleria_Guest and click ACCEPT to enjoy free internet access during your visit.
If you have lost an item whilst visiting us, please make enquiries at the Information Desk or by calling 01707 278301. Your details will be taken and if your item is found, it will be returned to you.
As part of The Galleria’s sustainability efforts, in a bid to cut single-use plastic consumption, guests can now fill up their water bottles for free at any retailer displaying a Refill Me sticker in its window, with zero obligation to make a purchase.

Our goal is to ensure that as soon as you enter The Galleria, you feel safe and happy in our centre, so we operate cleaning and security around the clock.
If you have any questions whilst visiting The Galleria, our Cleaning and Security teams will be happy to help. In addition, the Security team are trained first-aiders and manage the centre-wide 24/7 CCTV system.
