The shopmobility scheme is managed from the Customer Service Desk. There are electric scooters, powered wheelchairs and manual wheelchairs available to use free whilst visiting The Galleria. You will be required to show a form of identification with your address on it when you hire the equipment from us.
Please call 01707 256860 for more information and to book. Alternatively, do email us with your questions.
As part of our partnership with AccessAble who currently survey the centre, we are committed to ensuring that accessibility is a focus. To read the details and go to the AccessAble website please click here

The Government’s Disability Confident scheme is designed to help employers recruit and retain disabled people and people with health conditions for their skills and talent.
The Galleria Outlet Shopping Centre has a hearing loop at the customer services desk on the first floor.
We hope that your visit to The Galleria Outlet Shopping Centre is a pleasant experience but recognise that for some customers with disabilities, it can be daunting and can often cause anxiety and frustration in navigating a destination such as ours. We are here to help! Click here for full details of facilities available.
We aim to ensure that you have a pleasant and fun visit in which you feel safe and supported. Through out your visit there are friendly trained staff on hand should you require assistance and of course any further information should you need it can be accessed from our customer services desk or by contacting Alison Linskey, Community Champion prior to your visit.
Customer services can also help with directions/guides or even by calling taxis or family members to let them know where you are.
The Galleria Autism Friendly Guide is now available to download before your visit.
Not all people with hidden disabilities require assistance. But if you do, wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard discreetly indicates that you need additional support or just a little more time.
Should you require a lanyard please visit the customer services desk opposite M&S.
The lanyard is currently FREE of charge and you may retain it for use either at repeat visits to The Galleria or for use at other venues that recognise the scheme, such as major UK airports, Sainsburys, railway stations and sports venues.
We support the Crohn's and Colitis UK campaign to raise awareness of hidden disabilities and our accessible toilets are available to anyone who needs them.
Accessible toilets are located on the upper level take the corridor by the O2 store and the lower level take the corridor by Le Creuset.
