The Customer Services desk staff are here to help customers in any way possible, including all enquiries relating to the galleria, local attractions, events and store offers. The Customer Services Desk is open seven days a week and is located on the first floor opposite The Fragrance Shop. Please find below a list of general facilities, disability services and parent and child services to help with your visit to The Galleria.
Free Wi-Fi is available across the centre using The Cloud. Find it when you log onto the internet using your smart phone. Set up an account and enjoy free internet access at The Galleria time and time again.
We have four photobooths in The Galleria, one near the Odeon Cinema, one opposite Gap on the lower ground floor and two also on the lower ground floor.
We have a number of cash machines located through out The Galleria, you will find one on the upper level on the wall by the Odeon Cinema and another on the lower level outside the entrance to Choice Fashion.
We have a change machine near the pay stations opposite the customer services desk should you require change for the pay and display car park.
The Centre makes every effort to ensure that lost property is returned where possible. If you have lost an item whilst in the Centre, please make enquiries at the Customer Services Desk on 01707 278301 where your details will be taken and if the item is found, your goods will be returned to you.

A network of CCTV cameras cover the Centre. Our malls are patrolled by fully first aid trained Security Officers.
