We’re delighted to welcome back the Black History Month Cultural Pop-Up Market & Workshop Weekend to The Galleria Hatfield for its fourth year.

Taking place on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026, the event, organised by Hatfield Cultural Connection CIC, will bring the local community together to celebrate Black history, culture, creativity and community.

Visitors can explore a vibrant selection of independent businesses and makers, discover handcrafted products, meet local community organisations and enjoy activities for all ages.

There will also be an ‘Express Yourself’ creative corner, where visitors can create their own artwork, alongside games and activities designed to encourage younger visitors to play, learn and celebrate culture.

A highlight of this year’s event will be a new Black history exhibition, exploring Black history, achievements and experiences through stories from the past and present. Supported by funding from A2Dominion’s Black History Month 365 Fund, the exhibition has been created with the ambition of reaching schools and community organisations beyond the October event.

As proud hosts of the event for the fourth consecutive year, we’re pleased to continue our partnership with Hatfield Cultural Connection CIC and support an event that has become an important part of Hatfield’s community calendar.
