A fully accessible shopping experience

Here at The Galleria, we understand the needs of our customers and we are constantly striving to make your shopping experience a safe, secure and enjoyable one, that is accessible to all members of our community.

Our friendly and helpful centre team are always on hand to offer you help, advice or assistance. Look out for them throughout the centre.

Lifts


Lifts can be found at the following locations in the centre:

- Upper Mall: corridor adjacent to M&S (direct access to the multi storey car park).

- Lower Mall: corridor opposite Isabel Hospice (direct access to upper mall).

- Undercroft: next to Enterprise (access to Odeon & bridge)

Toilets


The toilets are located:

- Lower Mall - corridor adjacent to Le Crueset

- Upper Mall - corridor adjacent to M&S

Both of these have accessible toilets.

Parking


Find our accessible parking bays at the following locations:

North car park close to McDonalds zebra crossing
Level 3 of the multi storey car park Outdoor plaza car park opposite the mall bridge

Disabled Parking Bay


Scan your Blue Badge at Pay kiosk when ready to leave for 3hrs free parking

Payment is required when staying longer than 3 hours.

The Galleria has achieved the DPA (Disabled Parking Accreditation)

The scheme recognises off-street parking facilities, which are accessible to disabled people. The DPA is primarily aimed at improving parking for disabled people and reducing abuse of accessible bays. The Galleria car parks have achieved the DPA and The Galleria will be demonstrating to their customers that they are committed to creating high quality parking facilities for disabled people.

Visiting with the family


There are designated Parent and Child car parking spaces in the multi storey car park on lower Level 4.
