The Galleria Shopping Centre is easy to find – we’re right on top of the A1(M), between junctions 3 and 4.

Satnav users should use the postcode AL10 9TF – this will get you to the roundabout where you can enter our car park.

There is a vibrant mix of entertainment, restaurants, shopping and events all under one roof - from community initiatives, to family fun and independent pop ups, there’s something going on for everyone.

There are toilets on the ground and first floors.

The ground floor toilets are located next to Pro Cook. The ground floor Baby Change facilities are located next to Le Creuset.

The first-floor toilets are in the South Corridor by M&S.

Both toilets have Parent and Baby rooms and Disabled toilet.

If you’re a student you can enjoy extra discounts in many of the shops at the Galleria.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests at The Galleria.

Guests may access the Wi-Fi network by selecting The Galleria and registering to connect.

Once you have finished your shopping, you can pay by card at one of our car park payment machines in the centre. You must enter your licence plate number on the touchscreen monitor of the pay station. The fee is displayed on the screen. You then have the option to pay by card.

The customer can exercise the option of receiving a paper receipt by pressing a button. This will trigger the receipt printing.

Disabled Patrons can enjoy up to three hours of free parking. All blue badge holders will now be required to scan their blue badges at the pay machines at the end of each stay to ensure the discount is applied. You can leave the clock on display and keep your badge with you, Then once you have finished shopping scan the badge at the machine.

Don’t worry, you have up to 24hrs to pay for your parking after leaving the site. Please visit www.horizonspaces.co.uk and follow instructions to ensure you are not issued a fine.

You can find the pay stations at the McDonald’s entrance, along the link bridge near Pizza Express, next to Clarks, and near Choice and Pure Gym.

If you have been to the cinema or a restaurant and the centre is locked, you can pay at the pay machines located near McDonalds or beside Pizza Express.

All Drive Thru customers will have 20 minutes maximum before standard parking charges apply.

The height restriction for the outdoor car park is 2.1m and for the multi storey car park is 1.98m

Parking areas for motorcycles are located at the North End of the centre. There is no charge for parking if you visit the centre on a motorcycle.
