Celebrating Potential to Grow’s RHS Community Award

We’re delighted to celebrate a fantastic achievement for Potential to Grow, the community and learning garden created by Potential Kids at The Galleria.

Potential to Grow has been named the winner of the RHS Gardening with Young People Award at the RHS Community Awards 2026 – a wonderful recognition of the inspiring work taking place right here at The Galleria.

The garden was created as a welcoming space for neurodivergent children and young people to connect with nature, learn new skills and enjoy the benefits of gardening. Since opening, it has brought together children, families, volunteers, local businesses and the wider community to create something truly special.

We’re incredibly proud to have provided a home for this unique community space and to see the garden continue to grow and make a difference to so many young people.

The award recognises the dedication of everyone involved, from the children and young people who bring the garden to life, to parents, carers, volunteers, local businesses and supporters who have helped Potential to Grow flourish.

Congratulations to everyone at Potential Kids and Potential to Grow on this fantastic and well-deserved achievement. We’re thrilled to be part of the journey and can’t wait to see what grows next!
