We're proud to share that, Potential Kids, Potential to Grow Community Garden at The Galleria has been entered into the Best Project 12 to 18-year-olds category at this year's Anglia in Bloom awards.

As part of the judging tour across Hatfield, the Anglia in Bloom judges visited The Galleria to see the inspiring garden created by Potential Kids. The accessible, inclusive space gives children and young people the chance to make friends, learn new skills and enjoy the benefits of gardening in a safe and welcoming environment.

The garden is one of five Welwyn Hatfield entries being judged on horticultural excellence, sustainability, environmental responsibility and community involvement. The judges praised the community garden alongside Hatfield's award-winning green spaces during their visit.

We're delighted to be home to such a fantastic community project and wish the whole Potential Kids team the very best of luck when the Anglia in Bloom winners are announced on 24th September.
